Instructions
This form is designed to be printed and faxed or posted into WebLink. Please fill out this form to either subscribe to our ongoing online services, or to order one of the listed software products. If you wish to register for a subscription service online, please click here to go to our online registration page. To register offline, follow these steps:

  1. While viewing this page on your computer, type your account details into the boxes.
  2. Print this form (your typed entries should also print).
  3. Fax or post this form into WebLink.

Subscription to the WebLink services is on a monthly basis. You may pay either by cheque or credit card. Subscribers paying by cheque must pay in blocks of at least three months. Credit card payment is collected automatically on a monthly basis, at the start of each month. If you wish to arrange an alternate method of payment, please contact us.
